About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a child or adult Outpatient Psychiatrist for its NW Expressway, Oklahoma City location and surrounding areas. The role is in an outpatient group-practice setting and offers a hybrid model with flexibility to provide care through telemedicine and in person. Psychiatrists may supervise and can optionally collaborate with mid-level providers. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $350,000 to $400,000, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, an annual bonus incentive plan of $25,000, and additional compensation for supervision of PMHNPs. The position includes a full benefits package and administrative support, in modern offices and a collegial work environment. LifeStance Health provides outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults through clinics and telemedicine.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Oklahoma.
• Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience with both medication management and therapy.
• Open to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy.
• Be open to supervising providers.
• Optionally collaborate with mid-level providers.
