About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist for its NW Expressway, Oklahoma City location and surrounding areas. The role provides outpatient psychiatric care in a group practice setting, with a hybrid model and flexibility to provide care in person and via telemedicine. Psychiatrists may supervise and may receive additional compensation for optional collaboration with mid-level providers. The position offers administrative support, modern offices, and a collegial work environment. Compensation is listed as $350,000 to $400,000 and is based on productivity, with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, supervision pay for PMHNPs, and an annual bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Oklahoma.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Be open to supervision.
