About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrists for its NW Expressway, Oklahoma City location and surrounding areas. The role is in a group practice and is 100% outpatient, with a hybrid model offering flexibility to provide care in person and through telemedicine. Psychiatrists may supervise other clinicians and can optionally receive additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level providers. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $350,000 to $400,000, plus a sign-on bonus and annual bonus incentive plan. Supervision pay is available for PMHNPs. Requirements

Fully licensed in Oklahoma.
Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
Unencumbered DEA registration.
Experience in both medication management and therapy.
Open to supervision.
