About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Annapolis, Maryland, is seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team. The role serves patients across specialties including orthopedics, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), sports medicine, oncology rehabilitation (ReVital), lymphedema, dry needling, fall prevention, and an ACL program. Candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply, and the large clinical team provides on-site mentorship. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with compensation of $80,000–$100,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and indefinite loan help available. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
