About The Position

NOVACARE Rehabilitation in Annapolis, Maryland, is seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with compensation of $80,000–$100,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan assistance available. Candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply; the clinical team offers on-site mentorship and orientation. The collaborative team includes physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with diverse specialties and advanced credentials. Clinical services include orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, temporomandibular disorders, sports medicine, oncology rehabilitation through ReVital, lymphedema, dry needling, fall prevention, and an ACL program. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
