About The Position

The Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager role offers a great work/life balance and flexibility of hours. This position is available for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities. The setting is in an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient community, where you will work with higher functioning residents. As a Program Manager, you get the best of both worlds: the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills as the “go to person” on the team for the customer, resident, and staff. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks.
• Scheduling.
• Serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
