About The Position

PAM Health is seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population. The role focuses on direct patient care and planning and implementing age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to the further development of services and must be flexible to meet System needs across different facilities. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment and desire to learn is sought.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Pelvic floor certification is a plus.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
• Contribute to the further development of services.
• Be flexible to meet System needs across different facilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
