About The Position

Oula delivers maternity care built around our patients—offering comprehensive support before, during, and after pregnancy. With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes. Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most. Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care. About Oula: Oula is redesigning maternity care from the ground up. Our modern maternity centers combine the best of obstetrics and midwifery care to deliver a more evidence-based and personalized pregnancy experience. From our collaborative medical team, welcoming clinics, and remote care platform, we are setting a new standard for pregnancy that unifies modern medicine and human intuition. Oula operates three markets in the U.S. in partnership with local health systems and has delivered over 3000+ to date, all while consistently outperforming national maternity benchmarks. About the role: Oula Health is looking for a part-time OBGYN who is excited to participate in our collaborative care model. We’re looking for a thoughtful and passionate physician leader who desires to be part of a dynamic practice that is setting a new standard of care for patients before, during and after pregnancy. In terms of clinical responsibilities, you will be providing direct patient care – spanning gynecological care and obstetrics - in the clinic setting. You will also collaborate with our midwifery team to offer additional support to patients requiring more complex care. Your schedule will consist of 20 hours of outpatient care, occasional scheduled C-sections/ECVs plus flexible self-directed administrative time where you will independently manage patient-related follow-ups and standard practice duties, including light peer reviews and chart audits to support patient safety and clinic standards.
