About The Position

Stone City Counseling is a well-established, collaborative outpatient mental health practice seeking a licensed or license-eligible therapist to join its close-knit and supportive team. The practice serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and prioritizes ethical care, strong clinical support, and sustainable work-life balance. The therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy to a caseload of clients while working within a seasoned, professional, and collegial team. The position is suited to a clinician who values consistency, communication, and high-quality clinical care. The workplace is described as hybrid, with in-person work preferred.

Requirements

Fully licensed clinicians are preferred; listed licenses and credentials include LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, and PhD.
Provisionally licensed clinicians with experience will be considered.
Comfort working with a range of presenting concerns and age groups.
Strong organizational skills and reliability with scheduling and documentation.
Values ethical practice, professionalism, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Full licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on training and comfort level.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and ethical standards.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and referral sources.
Participate in consultation, collaboration, and team communication as needed.
Adhere to ethical guidelines related to client care, continuity of treatment, and professional conduct.
