About The Position

This position provides nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in diverse health care settings, collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) according to criteria in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
