Seasonal Outlet Team Associate, Part Time - Potomac Mills
About The Position
The Seasonal Outlet Team Associate’s primary role is to guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. The associate delivers the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive conversations that create personal connections with customers. The role includes actively circulating the sales floor, identifying customer needs, explaining the benefits of loyalty programs, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. The associate also contributes to operational excellence by using the store’s fulfillment system, following merchandise-to-sell standards, and maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop as needed.
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
