Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
Tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks.
Willingness to work with a team and learn new things.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with the professional uniform.
Navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app for an enhanced car care experience.
Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
Ensure on-time arrival and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Competitive Pay: $15/hour starting, with an average of $2.50/hour extra in bonuses and commissions, leading to an average hourly pay of $17.50/hour. Potential for higher earnings with no cap on commissions/bonuses.
