Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
Actively promote and sell memberships to customers.
Encourage customers to download and use the brand-new app.
Assist customers with their accounts using iPads and Kiosks.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with the professional uniform.
Work as part of a team and learn about the car wash industry.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (winter or summer).
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
