About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Outdoor Power Equipment Associate at its Trent location in Spokane, Washington. This role contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, recommending products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The company is looking for authentic, enthusiastic team members who value service and collaboration.

The position requires working scheduled shifts within the store’s business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible to meet business needs.

• Spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
• Work scheduled shifts that may include weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment, such as Stihl, Husqvarna, or Honda.
• Previous merchandising experience.
