About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring an Outdoor Power Equipment Associate for its East location in Great Falls, Montana. The role contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The company seeks authentic, enthusiastic people who enjoy the Northwest lifestyle and believe in service before self.

This is a full-time position. The associate must be able to work scheduled shifts during business hours of Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible based on business needs.

• Physical ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; team lifting is required for anything over 65 lbs.
• Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts across the stated business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment, such as Stihl, Husqvarna, or Honda.
• Previous merchandising experience.
