About The Position

This is a full-time role in a fast-paced, exciting environment where you'll be part of a dynamic team. We are the official Car Wash of VCU and a proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders. Our Assistant Site Leaders earn an average of $4.00/hour extra in bonuses and commissions with no cap, offering significant earning potential for top performers.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
Positive attitude.
Exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
Tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks as you assist customers with their accounts.
Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.

Nice To Haves

Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus.
Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Encourage customers to download and use the brand-new app for a better car care experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Manage a group of 10-20 employees.
