Outcome and Product Lead - Senior Manager

EY•Hartford, DC
•$168,400 - $437,100•Hybrid

About The Position

The Outcome and Product Lead owns a meaningful venture from problem discovery through lasting business value. The role brings users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists together around a clear outcome, and leads ventures from discovery through scale. Success is measured by meaningful changes in how people work rather than by feature delivery alone. The role is part of Challenger, an EY program focused on building the firm’s next generation of services, particularly opportunities where AI enables a fundamentally different service or delivery model. Small dedicated teams build and test ideas in real conditions; solutions that demonstrate clear business value and operational readiness transition to the business for adoption and scale. Challenger Core develops and maintains shared technology, methods, and risk and quality guardrails for this work. The position requires up to 50% travel and flexibility to work from an office in a hybrid capacity.
