About The Position

Maybern is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative Product Manager to own a meaningful product area within its operating system for agentic private fund management. The role involves deciding what to build, why to build it, and how to measure whether it delivers value to fund finance teams handling complex, high-stakes private-market workflows. The Product Manager will set product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and guide work from discovery through launch and iteration in close partnership with Engineering and Design. The role requires deep customer engagement, strong product judgment, and the ability to translate customer insights into prioritized solutions. The Product Manager will design products in which agents perform meaningful work on top of deterministic system rules, define how agent performance is evaluated, and use AI throughout the product development cycle. They will also collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales to improve onboarding, customer outcomes, and product durability. Maybern is an NYC-based company with a strong in-office culture. It offers a flexible, family-friendly work environment, including work from home as needed.
