About The Position

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support efficient outbound shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role prepares outbound orders and related paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery manifests, and yard management documents. It involves communicating with delivery carriers and coordinating with the department supervisor and lead, Service Delivery, and Trade teams. The clerk enters data into a warehouse management system and files documents and forms. The position also occasionally requires working on the warehouse floor alongside equipment operators; operation of warehouse equipment may be required when certified by Arvato.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other warehouse management system experience.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with transportation, freight carriers, dispatching, or transportation coordination.
• Experience using equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and associated paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• Communicate with delivery carriers.
• Work with the department supervisor and lead, as well as Service Delivery and Trade teams.
• Enter data into a warehouse management system.
• File documents and forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when certified by Arvato, if required.
