Rasa is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts. This role is designed for individuals with over 1 year of SaaS BDR/SDR experience who are eager to advance their careers by partnering with experienced Account Executives (AEs), targeting senior buyers, and gaining in-depth knowledge of enterprise deal processes. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting into complex organizations and will be a valuable addition to a smart, scrappy, and collaborative team focused on cutting-edge AI infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to refine sales skills, gain exposure to enterprise sales strategy and executive buyers, and benefit from top-tier coaching, support, and camaraderie. The position reports directly to the Manager of Global Business Development. This is a full-time, 100% remote role based in the USA. Rasa does not provide work authorization for USA-based roles. As a startup, comfort with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and adaptability is essential. The BDR will represent the Rasa brand, provide exceptional prospect experiences, research accounts, identify leads, qualify opportunities, maintain high activity volumes (calls, emails, social), accurately track interactions in Salesforce, evangelize Rasa's platform, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and pipeline generation, and consistently exceed quota targets.
