About The Position

MCI is seeking a Full-Time Outbound Sales Representative to proactively reach out to prospective customers, build relationships, and promote products and services. This role is ideal for energetic, persuasive, and success-driven individuals. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Subject to the program and location of the position
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
