About The Position

MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for sales representatives in Queens who want to do meaningful work, build real skills, and get paid every week for their effort. This isn't an office job. You'll be out in Queens neighborhoods having real conversations with homeowners about their energy options. We give you the territory, the training, and the support—you bring the work ethic and the people skills. Responsibilities

Work assigned Queens neighborhoods meeting customers face-to-face
Present energy-saving options to homeowners in a simple, conversational way
Enroll customers using MPower's simple, proven process
Hit daily and weekly activity goals set by your team lead
Show up, stay coachable, and compete every single day
