About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a remote, full-time Outbound Sales Consultant to convert warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans. The role focuses on consultative phone sales: educating patients about treatment options, building trust and urgency, addressing objections, following up persistently, and closing sales. Consultants manage their own lead pipeline and revenue targets through a CRM. This is a high-activity outbound position in which most of the workday is spent on the phone. The role offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus tiered, uncapped commission of up to 13.5%; average first-year earnings are stated as $90,000 or more. Full paid training is provided, and an aesthetics background is not required. The position reports to the Remote Sales Director and covers an assigned U.S. time zone.

Requirements

Experience in outbound or phone-based sales.
Comfort making more than 100 outbound calls per day.
Ability to work independently, manage a personal pipeline, and stay disciplined without close prompting.
Ability to build trust and create urgency over the phone.
Motivation to track and take ownership of measurable sales results.
Availability to cover an assigned U.S. time zone.

Responsibilities
