About The Position

The Outbound Operator Team Member safely and efficiently operates warehouse equipment to support material handling, storage, inventory control, and shipping and receiving operations. The role involves moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading trucks, inspecting equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and follows company policies and procedures. Certification training must be completed before operating equipment; safety and quality training will also be provided after hire. The role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload dry van trailers.
• Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe and orderly practices.
• Transport pallets to and from the production line.
• Check in arriving deliveries and check out departing deliveries.
• Inspect equipment and communicate defects.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Complete required certification, safety, and quality training.
