About The Position

As an Equipment Operator, you will assist with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and support departments in meeting their goals. The role involves handling products for clients in the active lifestyle sector. Success requires reliability, accuracy, efficiency, safety, and the ability to balance quality and pace while being considerate of coworkers and removing obstacles for the next person in line.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. The position is located at 2325 Newlins Mill Road, Easton, PA 18045.

Requirements

• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• At least 3 months of forklift experience operating an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders or stairs, work at heights in elevated areas, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
• Trustworthy and of moral character; pre-employment background and drug tests are used.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order picking, let downs, and replenishment.
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, order/cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, cycle counting, and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow safety rules, safety procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
