About The Position

As an Order Fulfillment Processor, you will support order fulfillment by picking, packing, auditing, ticketing, and tagging products for clients involved in the active lifestyle. The role also includes leading and delegating tasks, helping train and cross-train team members, and collaborating with the Supervisor on labor planning. Success depends on reliability, accuracy, efficiency, safety, and consideration for coworkers and downstream processes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The starting pay is $18.50 per hour, including a $1.00 shift differential. The position is located at 16609 Slover Ave., Fontana, CA 92337.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior warehousing or light industrial experience.
Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights in elevated areas, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Responsibilities

Oversee the training and cross-training of team members.
Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks while working within SLA.
Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and direction from the Client Services team.
Pick, pack, scan, and tag products, and perform other general warehouse duties.
Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
Balance quality, pace, efficiency, and safety while helping remove obstacles for coworkers.
