About The Position

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will build relationships with guests through outbound phone calls and personalized email outreach, helping them plan memorable MGM Resorts experiences. Each day, you will review their guest portfolio, identify sales opportunities, book hotel reservations, maximize available offers, and recommend dining, entertainment, and special events. You will collaborate with property teams and business partners to deliver exceptional guest service while achieving individual and team sales goals. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing personalized service, and driving results through relationship-building and sales. (KPI’s benchmarks are required every month)

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Prior relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer service role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive outbound marketing messages and offers across multiple channels, including email and phone, to drive customer trips
  • Coordinate and develop engaging marketing messages and content that resonate with target audiences
  • Utilize and provide outreach based on database insights from our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to market/sell our products/services and generate interest
  • Develop customer relationships to personalize their experience
  • Develop strong customer relationships to personalize their experience and provide exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively reach out to and qualify new leads to drive repeat bookings
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in outbound marketing to continuously improve marketing and outbound sales performance
  • Proactively ensure the cost-effective use of promotions and strategic customer reinvestment
