About The Position

Supports global licensing operations. Oversees departmental administrative processes and systems to ensure efficiencies that enable smooth operations and lead to business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in and administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners.
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or digital asset tools is a plus.
  • Self-directed with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains tracking of all license contracts, amendment agreements and renewals, post negotiation through final signed executed copies and updates licensee legal files
  • Enters global licensee contracts in licensing database and manages the flow of information in system including royalty collection dates and payments made
  • Facilitates forecast collections from licensees
  • Coordinate Crayola product orders on behalf of licensed partners through approving, processing and tracking with cross functional teams
  • Assists in the execution of annual licensee audits
  • Manages execution of annual Licensing tradeshow collaborating with Crayola meetings and events planner
  • Manages global licensee list, contact database and sends licensee and internal communications as directed
  • Organizes and distributes out bound product samples as needed
  • Manages Crayola in bound production sample shipments
  • Assists in the creation of presentations, sales reports and special projects as needed
