About The Position

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to help prepare outbound orders and their associated paperwork, including bills of lading (BOLs), delivery manifests, and yard management documents. The role communicates with delivery carriers, the department supervisor and lead, and the Service Delivery and Trade teams. It involves entering data into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms. The clerk will occasionally work on the warehouse floor alongside warehouse equipment operators and may operate warehouse equipment when certified by Arvato.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP or another warehouse management system.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
