About The Position
Hall Automotive is building an Acquisition Team for acquiring used cars. This position involves calling, texting, and emailing customers about their vehicles and working with Buyers to gather details for rough appraisals. The role offers a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, and is an in-office position.
Requirements
- Comfortable making outbound calls in warm and cold-calling scenarios, 8 hours per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Elead experience is a plus
- Empathetic and proactive in dealing with customer concerns
- Able to pivot to sales and appointment setting as needed
- Professional and friendly at all times
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers looking to value or sell their car
- Goal is to set an appointment for a free appraisal
- Understand customer needs
- Obtain customer details for Buyer if a rough offer is needed
- Provide a caring and can-do attitude within the context of all customer communication
- Utilize phone calls, texts and emails to engage customers as needed
