About The Position
Ironhorse Funding is seeking an Outbound Call Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for strengthening funding quality by confirming the accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of purchase-money loan contracts and customer details before and after funding. The work protects customers, dealers, and the business, while developing skills in verification, documentation, and fraud awareness. The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, with working hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and loan origination systems proficiency
- Experience with outbound verification calls and consumer lending documentation
- Strong phone professionalism, attention to detail, and time management
Responsibilities
- Place outbound customer verification calls to validate retail installment contracts and application details
- Confirm identity, employment/income, residence, insurance, and key contract terms
- Review dealer-submitted documents and stipulations for completeness and compliance
- Spot red flags, inconsistencies, and potential fraud; escalate concerns appropriately
- Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups with strong data-entry accuracy
- Partner with underwriting, funding, and compliance to resolve documentation issues
