We’re looking for an CSR, Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll connect with customers by phone, email, and in person to share DOCOMO PACIFIC’s products and services. Whether it’s helping someone upgrade their plan, discover new solutions, or simply ensuring satisfaction, you’ll be the voice that strengthens the bond between our brand and our community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of telesales, retail, or call center experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven success in customer service or sales with strong closing skills.
  • Proficiency with web-based systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote DOCOMO PACIFIC’s products and services.
  • Engage customers with professionalism and courtesy to identify their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Promote and sell new or additional services to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to confirm satisfaction and ensure successful installation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales logs, call records, and reports in sales trackers and CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Perform territory audits to ensure no unauthorized service usage and report any discrepancies.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service and meet company objectives.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
