We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. As an Outbound Call Specialist, you'll strengthen funding quality by confirming that purchase-money loan contracts and customer details are accurate, complete, and legitimate before and after funding. Your work helps protect customers, dealers, and the business-while sharpening your verification, documentation, and fraud-awareness skills.

Requirements

Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and loan origination systems proficiency
Experience with outbound verification calls and consumer lending documentation
Strong phone professionalism, attention to detail, and time management

Responsibilities

Place outbound customer verification calls to validate retail installment contracts and application details
Confirm identity, employment/income, residence, insurance, and key contract terms
Review dealer-submitted documents and stipulations for completeness and compliance
Spot red flags, inconsistencies, and potential fraud; escalate concerns appropriately
Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups with strong data-entry accuracy
Partner with underwriting, funding, and compliance to resolve documentation issues
