About The Position

AICA Orthopedics / ProCo LLC is seeking an Outbound Collections Specialist for a phone-based role in Marietta, GA. This full-time, on-site position involves making over 40 outbound calls per day using manual dialing to attorney offices and insurance carriers. The primary responsibilities include obtaining case status updates, driving accounts towards resolution, and meticulously documenting all interactions. While no prior medical billing background is required, a strong collections drive is essential, as the company will provide training on the personal injury aspect of collections.

Requirements

Proven outbound collections experience (consumer debt, commercial collections, insurance collections, or similar).
Comfortable making 40+ calls per day without a dialer; must be self-motivated and self-paced.
Strong documentation discipline; every contact logged accurately, every time.
Persistent and professional when dealing with non-response.

Nice To Haves

Medical collections, healthcare collections, or insurance AR experience.
Familiarity with personal injury cases, medical liens, or attorney billing.

Responsibilities

Make 40+ manual outbound calls daily to PI attorney offices and insurance carriers.
Track an active portfolio, understanding the status and next steps for each account.
Document every call, contact, and commitment with high quality.
Follow up on non-responsive accounts until contact is made.
Identify settled cases and facilitate payment processing.
Escalate accounts that are at risk of missing collection windows.
