About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. As Wix’s Point of Sale team, we are responsible for the solution that brings on-premise technology to businesses at scale. Wix provides a complete unified commerce solution, including hardware, payment processing, and management platform that allows brick-and-mortar businesses to unify and manage their online and in person sales in a single solution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience, with a preference for an eCommerce, solution selling, point-of-sale or payments background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs
• Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion - prospecting, qualifying, and closing new, non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS products.
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities
• Work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
• Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation
• Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
