We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role leads a team of sales professionals, guiding them to engage both new and existing customers to drive sales of products and services. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in crafting and excruciating an innovative, results-driven group sales strategy!

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
• experience with MaddenCo is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives
• Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary
• Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
