About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, treating patients and gaining experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager. The position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, relationship-oriented, and ambitious.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred
