Outpatient PTA Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient PTA program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting at The Lodge at White Bear Lake in White Bear Lake, MN. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills, acting as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification
