About The Position

The OTR CDL Driver runs dedicated over-the-road team routes between Texas, Florida, and Ohio and back. The driver safely transports and delivers products on time, picks up products from customers and Avanti locations, performs routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections, and uses an ELD to track hours of service accurately. The role involves long-haul team routes and shifts of 10 or more hours while maintaining the schedule.

Drivers are offered consistent team miles, steady and predictable freight lanes, hands-on training that includes forklift certification, and a supportive team environment. The position offers an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Ability to meet FMCSA requirements under 391.11.
• Comfortable running long-haul team routes.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
• Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to team lift up to 175 lbs, including windows and patio doors.
• Ability to push or pull carts exceeding 500 lbs.
• Use proper PPE when handling materials.
