About The Position

Drive dedicated over-the-road team routes between Texas, Florida, and Ohio and back. Safely transport and deliver products on time, pick up products from customers and Avanti locations, complete routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections, and use an ELD to track hours of service accurately. The role involves long-haul team routes and shifts of 10 or more hours. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Ability to meet FMCSA requirements under 391.11.
• Comfort with long-haul team routes.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and up to 75+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to team lift up to 175 pounds, including windows and patio doors.
• Ability to push or pull carts exceeding 500 pounds.
