About The Position

The OTR CDL Driver runs dedicated over-the-road team routes between Texas, Florida, and Ohio and back. The driver safely transports and delivers products on time, picks up products from customers and Avanti locations, performs routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections, and uses an ELD to track hours of service accurately. The role involves long-haul team driving, travel of 50%–75%, and first-shift scheduling. Drivers should be willing to work shifts of 10 or more hours and stay on schedule. The position is based at 933 Hensley Ln, Wylie, TX 75098. The role includes regularly lifting more than 50 pounds and occasionally lifting more than 75 pounds. Team lifts may involve items up to 175 pounds, including windows and patio doors. Drivers may also push or pull carts exceeding 500 pounds and must use proper PPE when handling materials. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
Ability to meet FMCSA requirements under 391.11.
Comfort running long-haul team routes.
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule.
Regularly lift 50+ pounds and occasionally lift up to 75+ pounds.
Team lift items up to 175 pounds, including windows and patio doors.
