About The Position
We are actively filling 10 solo driver positions on an elite eastern OTR fleet running out of Gary, IN, engineered to give you high weekly earnings and the exact home time balance you want. This role offers an average of $1,100 to $1,700+ weekly backed by strong mileage rates and steady miles. Drivers will benefit from a guaranteed pay package for 3 full months after their first solo dispatch. Additional compensation includes $75 plus mileage for short hauls, $15 stop pay (for all stops except first and last), and extra cash from performance bonus plans. The routes operate across the Northeast and Eastern US (all east of the Mississippi) with a mix of live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks in standard dry vans. Drivers living within 180 miles of Gary, IN (Zip 46406) in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan are encouraged to apply. The schedule offers flexible home time choices, allowing drivers to return home weekly or stay out for multiple weeks. Day and night shifts are available, with voluntary weekend and holiday work for extra earnings. The position is open to both entry-level trainees and experienced CDL-A drivers, with no special endorsements required. Pre-employment screening includes standard toxicology evaluations, urine analysis, and hair follicle drug testing.
