This dedicated freight position offers a set region and a pay rate that climbs on schedule, with no surprises. The fleet runs out of the Inland Empire and covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. We are hiring solo drivers who live in Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Orange, and nearby areas. Drivers will pick up preloaded trailers and live loads, running 1,800–2,100 miles through the Southwest. Some deliveries have 1 to 3 stops, and a few require a pallet jack or bread-rack unload. Drivers are home every 2 weeks, with Christmas and Thanksgiving off. New CDL holders can start here and train for 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor (200–250 hours) at $850 a week before going solo on this fleet. Orientation lasts up to 2 days and pays $300 once hired, with lodging covered and bus fare reimbursed. The equipment consists of late-model Freightliners, about 1.5 years old on average, with dry van and reefer trailers. The truck is assigned to the driver. An approved adult rider can come along, and one dog under 40 lbs is allowed after training. This fleet offers the same region, the same kind of freight, a raise on a set schedule, and drivers are home every 2 weeks, plus the big holidays.
