Requirements
- MD or DO degree with specialization in Otolaryngology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of California
- Strong clinical skills and experience in Otolaryngology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Experience in patient management and care coordination
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Must be board-certified
- DEA certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform otolaryngological procedures and surgeries as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with advances in Otolaryngology best practices
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment options
- Engage with patients and families to support their healthcare journey
- ED call and inpatient consults
