Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Current medical license in the state of practice
- Experience in a Radiology setting
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Knowledge of radiology information systems and software
- Must be board-certified
Nice To Haves
- Paracentesis, thoracentesis, stereotactic breast biopsies, and other image-guided biopsies
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Interpret imaging results and communicate findings to referring physicians
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in radiology
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff
- Contribute to quality assurance programs and audits
