About The Position

Requirements

MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) degree
Valid medical license to practice radiology in the state of New York
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
Experience in diagnostic radiology preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethics in medical practice

Nice To Haves

Experience in diagnostic radiology
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
Interpret radiological images and provide accurate reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine patient care plans
Educate patients on procedures and answer any questions related to imaging
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Stay updated on advancements in radiology and medical technologies
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
Contribute to departmental meetings and case discussions
