About The Position

As an OSP Engineer supporting the Ziply program at Pearce, you will lead complex outside plant (OSP) engineering projects for Frontier's fiber and copper telecommunications infrastructure. You will oversee engineering from initial design and field validation through permitting, construction readiness, and project closeout. The role covers aerial, underground, buried, conduit, fiber, and copper infrastructure, including new construction, road moves, relocations, network modifications, and copper-to-fiber conversions. You will develop and review engineering designs, construction work prints, splicing diagrams, bills of materials, permits, and supporting documentation. The role also involves field surveys and validation, compliance with NESC and Frontier specifications, pole attachment and joint-use coordination, QA/QC, project tracking, and collaboration with project managers, construction teams, permitting specialists, utilities, and Frontier stakeholders. You will provide technical guidance to junior engineers and use relevant engineering and record-management platforms.
