About The Position

Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) is seeking passionate and capable OSHC Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators to join their growing network of services across Greater Brisbane. They offer multiple opportunities, allowing individuals to choose a path that best fits their leadership style and career aspirations. Options include leading an established service, rebuilding a service needing fresh ideas, or joining as part of a leadership team. CEEC emphasizes a strong support culture with engaged Area and Regional Managers and dedicated A&R Quality Professionals to assist with compliance and NQF requirements. CEEC, as part of Centacare, delivers Outside School Hours Care and Early Education services across Southeast Queensland, focusing on creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent approved qualification under ACECQA).
  • Current Queensland Blue Card.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Gecko Child Protection Training.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and My Time, Our Place.
  • Previous experience within OSHC, childcare or education settings.
  • Leadership experience (or emerging leadership capability for Assistant Coordinator roles).
  • Experience using childcare management systems (Xplor is highly regarded).
  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for children.
  • Referee checks and criminal history screenings.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check, Blue Card.
