About The Position

Abrazo Medical Group, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to address the growing demand in Phoenix's West Valley. This role offers a well-resourced, employed model with access to both hospital operating rooms and a dedicated ambulatory surgery center. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Completion of a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Subspecialty certification or eligibility in Surgery of the Hand.
• Experience with microsurgical techniques for vessel and nerve repair.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, including elective and trauma cases.
• Utilize advanced microsurgical capabilities, including microvascular reconstruction, free tissue transfer, and complex limb salvage.
• Work collaboratively with certified hand therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in a call rotation of approximately one week per month, shared among group partners.
