This position offers the opportunity to partner with orthopedic surgeons on complex surgical procedures while representing some of the most innovative technologies in orthopedic extremity reconstruction, trauma, and biologic solutions. Join a collaborative team supporting orthopedic surgeons throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley, where strong relationships and exceptional customer service are the foundation of success. As an Orthopedic Sales Representative specializing in Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics, you'll become a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams throughout the Parkersburg region. You'll provide technical expertise during complex surgical procedures, educate physicians on innovative Arthrex technology, and help ensure every case is executed at the highest level. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term physician partnerships, develop deep clinical expertise, and play an integral role in growing Arthrex's presence throughout the region. Success comes from becoming a dependable resource that surgeons and healthcare teams trust every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Medical device sales, B2B sales, athletic training, nursing, or other healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced operating room environments
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career
  • Clinical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex orthopedic procedures and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during extremity, trauma, and orthobiologic surgical procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Become an expert on the Arthrex Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics portfolio.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on innovative products, surgical techniques, and technology.
  • Coordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Participate in surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and professional development events.
  • Continuously strengthen your clinical knowledge through ongoing education and training.
